Job Responsibilities
As part of our HR Data & Operations team, you’ll:
- Research HR demands, analyze data, and ensure task completion with high quality.
- Develop HR data models aligned with business logic and generate operational reports.
- Monitor global HR data quality, organizational structures, and access rights.
- Support long-term incentive programs (e.g., stock options), including data management, accounting, and policy formulation.
- Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to optimize salary structures and incentive systems.
Qualifications
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with expertise in HR/Payroll/C&B operations.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and visualization tools.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written/spoken).
