Key Responsibilities
Client Due Diligence Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests from prospective clients.
- Coordinate with global business development teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to gather and validate DDQ content.
- Align responses with internal policies and client expectations while adhering to data protection regulations.
Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Implement rigorous quality checks to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver metrics-driven reports to senior leadership on DDQ process efficiency.
Documentation & Process Optimization
- Maintain a centralized repository of due diligence materials for audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years in client onboarding, risk/compliance operations, or regulated industries (fintech, crypto, finance).
Skills
- Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
