Recipients can then redeem the digital gifts using a simple code entered directly into our app. This feature makes sharing digital assets convenient and enjoyable, enhancing your gifting experience in the digital age.
How to Send a Crypto Gift?
Access the Crypto Gift feature:
- Open the app and select Menu to navigate to the functional menu.
- Choose Crypto Gifts.
Note: The app version must be 6 or higher.
Initiate the gift process:
- On the account homepage, select Send Gift to proceed.
- Alternatively, explore additional features by clicking Learn More about crypto gifts.
Note: Identity verification is required to use Crypto Gifts.
Select a gift package:
- On the next page, choose your preferred gift package and click Next.
Requirements:
- Complete identity and security verification before creating a gift.
- Each gift can have up to 500 recipients.
Specify the cryptocurrency and amount:
- Enter the digital currency type and amount you wish to send.
Add a personal message:
- Include a custom note for the recipient.
Choose recipients:
- Select recipients from your contact list or generate a shareable gift link.
Options:
- Send directly to contacts.
- Share a link with anyone.
Confirm and send:
- Click Confirm and Send to finalize. Recipients will receive an SMS and app notification.
How to Receive a Crypto Gift?
Access the Crypto Gift feature:
- Open the app, go to Menu, and select Crypto Gifts.
Redeem the gift:
- Via gift link: Open the shared link to claim the gift.
- Via gift code: Navigate to Products Page > Gifts, tap "+", select Open Gift, and enter the code.
Note: App version 6+ is required.
Terms and Conditions
- Identity verification is mandatory for sending/receiving gifts.
- Gifts expire in 7 days. Unclaimed gifts are returned to the sender.
- Gift value cannot exceed the sender’s daily withdrawal limit or the recipient’s daily holding limit.
