This OKX Web3 Wallet Interface User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access and use of the OKX Web3 Wallet Services ("Services"), provided by OKX Technology Services Pte. Ltd. ("OKX," "we," or "us"). By using the Services, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all associated rules. If you disagree, refrain from accessing the Services.
1. Services Overview
1.1 Key Features
The OKX Web3 Wallet enables:
- Multi-chain asset management across decentralized applications (DApps) and DeFi protocols.
- Digital asset security through non-custodial wallet technology.
- Real-time transaction data and exchange rate displays.
⚠️ Note: OKX does not custody assets. You retain full control of private keys and bear sole responsibility for transactions.
1.2 Wallet Setup
- Creation/Import: Agreeing to this Agreement binds you to its terms.
- Private Key Responsibility: OKX cannot recover lost passwords, keys, or mnemonic phrases.
1.3 Compliance
You warrant:
- Legal use of Services and lawful origin of digital assets.
- Adherence to OKX’s policies and applicable laws.
2. Fees & Costs

- Proof of ownership.
- Infringing material details.
- A declaration of good faith.
4. Risk Disclosures
4.1 Key Risks
- Timing Delays: Asset transfers may experience blockchain processing delays.
- Wrong Addresses: Losses from incorrect addresses are irreversible.
- Third-Party Platforms: OKX is not liable for failures or hacks on external platforms.
4.2 Liability Cap
OKX’s maximum liability is limited to Service Fees paid in the past 12 months.
5. Prohibited Activities
❌ Strictly Forbidden:
- Market manipulation or insider trading.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
- Violating third-party rights (e.g., privacy, IP).
Consequences: Account suspension, legal action, or cooperation with regulators.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranties
Services are provided "as-is." OKX disclaims all implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for purpose).
6.2 Indemnification
You indemnify OKX against losses from third-party claims related to your use of Services.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: Singapore.
- Dispute Resolution: Mediation via Singapore International Mediation Centre, followed by arbitration under SIAC rules (3 arbitrators, English language).
7.2 Confidentiality
Arbitration proceedings remain confidential.

A: No. As a non-custodial wallet, OKX cannot access or recover private keys.
